Thermal Camera Tests and Reporting with Drone

IVOSIS Energy provides Thermal camera tests and reporting services by using the latest technological devices such as DJI Matrice 30T developed by engineers who are experts in their fields.

Thermal camera drone, which is a fast, economical and safe measurement method, provides high resolution and radiometric thermal images and determines possible malfunctions and efficiency losses that cause the power values of photovoltaic plants to decrease. In this way, heat changes and hot spots on the panels are detected, defective or problematic panels are determined.

In addition, malfunctions in other devices in the facility such as inverter connection points, transformer cable heads, og switchgear equipment and overheating at the connection points of the devices in the panels are also detected. The images and data obtained as a result of thermal camera tests are analyzed and turned into a written report. The test results with the thermal drone are analyzed with the reporting software and suggestions for improvement are presented.

This is an important service both in terms of increasing the efficiency and life of the plant and in terms of safety and savings. IVOSIS Energy regularly conducts thermal controls at the power plants it provides operation and maintenance-repair services.

Off-Grid Systems

These systems are systems that meet the energy needs with photovoltaic panels independently of the grid, in conditions where there is no electrical energy or the cost of the facility is high. The electrical energy produced by photovoltaic panels is stored in the batteries and the stored electrical energy can be used in the system when needed.

The most important advantage of off-grid systems is that they meet the electrical energy needed in areas far from residential areas where grid electricity is not available. It is more efficient than alternative energy generation systems such as diesel generators and has lower maintenance costs.

Grid Connected (On-Grid) Systems

In grid-connected systems, the energy need of the consumer is met from the electrical energy produced by the panels. In cases where the production cannot meet the consumption or the consumption does not meet the production, energy is exchanged from the grid thanks to the bidirectional counter. In cases where the energy produced exceeds the consumption, the excess energy is given to the grid with the purchase guarantee of the state. In this way, income can be obtained from the energy produced.
